We operate two functional warehouses facilities with a total area of 22,000 m² and a capacity of over 32,500 pallet spaces. These facilities serve as logistics hubs for the automotive industry and are designed to handle demanding processes, including just-in-time operations. They were designed to support diverse and scalable logistics processes, with permits to operate bonded warehouses and temporary customs storage, as well as an integrated WMS system that provides real-time visibility into inventory levels.

 

Infrastructure Development: New Warehouse in Dąbrowa Górnicza

We are expanding our infrastructure in the Silesia region. A new logistics center is under construction in Dąbrowa Górnicza, with planned operational launch in June 2027. The facility will feature:

High-Bay Warehousing

We have high-bay racking up to 9 meters for palletized goods and ground-floor storage space for heavy, oversized, and non-stackable cargo. We tailor the storage method to the characteristics of the goods, their turnover, and safety requirements, whether for regular operations or seasonal peaks.

 

WMS System and HDL/HDM Proprietary Applications

We manage our warehouses using a WMS system, which provides real-time control over pallet locations, inventory levels, and operations. It is complemented by our proprietary applications: HDL (transport planning and optimization) and HDM (warehouse processes, scanning, and information flow). Thanks to these proprietary solutions, we can flexibly adapt processes and reporting to the requirements of each client.

 

Bonded Warehouses and Temporary Customs Storage

We offer bonded warehouses and temporary customs storage facilities, enabling efficient handling of EU and non-EU goods and proper management of customs and tax processes. Combining warehousing with our in-house customs agency reduces the number of entities involved in the process and streamlines the flow of goods.

 

Cross-Docking

We perform cross-docking operations, enabling the rapid flow of goods between inbound and outbound transport. Goods are received, reloaded, appropriately prepared, and forwarded for further transport without long-term storage. This solution reduces warehousing time, improves distribution, and is ideal for deliveries requiring high frequency, punctuality, and synchronization with production.
